Charming and Convenient Stay
convenient location friendly staff
i found the location to be really convenient and the hotel had a good atmosphere. the breakfast included pastries, juice, coffee, and tea and it was quite satisfying. i appreciated that the staff was super friendly throughout my stay and very helpful (this really made a difference!).
I found the toilet paper was wet. It was under the sink among pipes. i am unsure how it got wet, other than dripping from the drain or other pipes under the sink (it was a bit annoying).

the room had polished parquet floors, a rainfall shower, and a well-stocked minibar. the bed was comfortable with nice detailing, giving the space a cozy feel. these features contributed to a relaxing environment.

the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, comedy clubs and bars. i liked that every fitness studio is on the same block (this was very convenient). it makes this a great area.

charming stay
helpful staff tasty options easy access clean room
i found the staff very helpful , especially with directions. the included breakfast offered a good start to each day , with several tasty options. the location allowed easy access to local attractions and subway lines. i was happy about the room which was very clean and well kept .
the elevator service felt a bit slow , sometimes causing a small delay.

disruptive noise disorganized service
The room size proved quite restrictive. I found it difficult to manage even a small travel bag. the walls seemed thin. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable and disruptive, particularly when doors closed next door. breakfast service was disorganized, resulting in unnecessary wait times.

Really good stay
kind staff charming atmosphere delicious food prime location
The staff was KIND and helpful. The hotel's decor created a charming atmosphere . Food in Chez Nous was delicious. I was grateful for the quality. The hotel's location was prime, especially since it was in Manhattan.
I found that there was no shower gel available in the rooms. I did expect THIS at a hotel of this quality.

Customer service was great from every staff member. They were really good. Staff provided assistance from the front desk personnel to janitorial and luggage services. ALL were helpful. I really appreciated this level of attention.

The included breakfast had delicious options from which to choose, and all inspired me. I noticed the active restaurant had a cozy fireplace. Drinks matched the quality of surrounding restaurants. It was delicious.
